About Keith Rosser

Keith Rosser is the UK's leading expert on making hiring faster, fairer, and safer. He is director of Reed Screening -- an employee vetting company -- and a non-executive board member for Scottish Government and an arm’s-length body of the UK Home Office. Keith has won individual awards from Recruiter Magazine, In-House Recruiter, and APSCo, as well as a Commendation Award from the Home Office and a Community Award at Buckingham Palace. He is also the chair of the Better Hiring Institute.
