Meet James Leckie
Our site is edited by former contractor James Leckie.
After studying economics, James worked in finance roles for several City banks before becoming a data analyst contractor in the late 1990s.
Seeing an opportunity in the rapid growth of the Internet, James went on to create several business publishing websites, including:
- Contractor UK (1998)
- ByteStart (2004)
- Contract Eye (2006)
- ITContracting.com (2013)
James has written extensively on business, tax and finance topics for more than twenty years, with a particular focus on the contracting sector.
